Do you offer extended payment plans?
Yes, we can create a custom payment plan with installments across the weeks or months prior to your photoshoot date. Payment plans may incur a small admin fee.
None of the packages fit my project requirements?
I totally get that! These packages are my baseline offers, but I’m always happy to customise a package to suit your photoshoot dreams!
Can I bring a friend/support person with me?
Absolutely! It can be really helpful/comforting to have a loved one with you.
Do you travel outside of Brisbane/Meanjin?
Happily! Please note there are additional travel fees depending on the location and logistics.
I’m not an artist/I don’t consider myself creative, can I still book a shoot?
Of course! Get in touch (fill in the form above, or you can email/DM me) and we can discuss whatcha wanting and if I’m the photographer for you. Usually, those who are drawn to my work — we’re a match made in heaven. In 2024 I am focussing on the artists/creative business owners as I feel I can best support these humans/businesses given my personal and professional experience. I know that we can have a funny relationship to these titles/words, so I see you if that’s where you’re at.
Terms & Conditions / Notes:
💕 All photoshoot packages/payments include a 50% non-refundable deposit fee, this is to secure your date.
💕 I understand life happens, if you do need to reschedule your photoshoot — please let me know at your earliest convenience. Part or all of your deposit payment may be held to cover the loss of time. For a small business, reschedules cost us double the time. Please be mindful of this when booking. ☺️
💕 Packages do not include hair and makeup, location hire, lighting/backdrop hire (if at a studio), or prop hire/procurement. Depending on the project/brief/vision, factor these costs into your budget.
As a rough estimate:
Hair and makup: $150 - $250
Location hire: From $250 upwards
Lighting/Backdrop: $40-$200
Props: Subject to project — a bunch of flowers from $20, discoballs from $90…
💕 If there are adjustments/additions to the package and scope of work before, during or after the shoot — there may be an additional fee. I will advise you of this at the time of the change. This includes but is not limited to additional outfit changes, location changes, additional concepts and concept changes if extra time is required, additional travel, and late arrivals.
💕 I will select, edit and deliver your photos/content at my discretion to fulfil the project brief. Amendments or updates to the final gallery may incur additional charges.
💕 I do not offer airbrushing or retouching (outside of minor blemishes) in these packages. If this is a requirement of the project, I’m happy to discuss the best approach.
💕 My client days/office hours are Monday - Thursday, 10 am - 4 pm.
💕 All images and content remain the intellectual property of Love Stepha Pty Ltd. These packages include commercial usage rights. I may choose to use your photos and/or content we have created on my socials, on my website and for marketing campaigns.
